CPACS Cosmo is a non-profit, Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) dedicated to providing excellent primary care services. FQHCs are community-owned health centers which operate in areas where care is needed but availability is low.
Who We Serve
Our center is affiliated with the Center for Pan Asian Community Services (CPACS), a nonprofit organization located in Atlanta, GA. It is the first and largest health and human service agency in the Southeast region with the linguistic and cultural competency to serve Asian and Pacific Islander communities. Our mission is to promote self-sufficiency and equity for immigrants, refugees, and underprivileged populations.
Since its inception in 1980, CPACS has been providing comprehensive health and social services, general wellness services, affordable dental care, behavioral health counseling, community health & substance abuse prevention, domestic violence prevention & victim services, youth programs, housing assistance, citizenship & legal services, and advocacy.​
